Stratum Data Solution (“Stratum,” “we,” or “us”) uses information from this website to provide requested resources, manage subscriptions, arrange business conversations, and operate the site. This policy explains those uses and how to contact us about your information.

Checklist Requests and Email Subscriptions

We use Kit to handle requests for The DPER Checklist. The signup form asks for your email address. Kit processes the submission and manages the associated subscription and confirmation status. The form uses an email confirmation step for the Checklist download.

Where you sign up for future Stratum newsletters, we use your email address for that subscription. We follow the permission you gave when signing up. A previous resource request, business inquiry, or meeting booking is not automatically permission to receive recurring newsletters.

Bookings and Direct Communications

We use Calendly to arrange introductory calls. When you book, Calendly processes the contact details, appointment information, and any answers you provide in the booking form. We use that information to arrange the meeting and respond to the business topics you raise. Opening the booking tool also connects your browser to Calendly.

When you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, sensitive client records, or confidential datasets through these introductory channels.

Website Visits and Third-Party Tools

Our website uses Vercel hosting and includes Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and selected interactions, such as interest in an introductory call. Vercel’s Privacy Notice and Web Analytics privacy information describe these services.

The embedded Kit signup form connects to Kit when it loads, before you submit your email address. Opening the booking tool connects your browser to Calendly. Their notices explain their practices: Kit’s subscriber-data terms and Calendly’s privacy notice.

Services That Handle Information

Kit handles Checklist signup, subscription status, and the associated email and download process. Calendly handles booking. Vercel provides hosting and the website’s analytics integration. Their processing supports the functions described above.

Earlier Requests and Records

Our written website assessment is currently unavailable. Disabling that form does not automatically delete information from earlier inquiries or resource requests. Earlier records may remain in the systems used to handle them. Contact us if you have a question or request about information you previously provided. We do not treat an earlier request as new permission for recurring marketing emails.

Your Choices and Requests

Use the unsubscribe link in a Stratum newsletter to stop that subscription. An unsubscribe changes your mailing status; it is not the same as deleting every record related to you.
