What is included in The DPER Diagnostic?
The DPER Diagnostic is a paid engagement. It includes a one-on-one meeting, stakeholder and current-state review, prioritized recommendations, a personalized findings report, and a lightweight prototype or future-state view when useful. It is not a production solution and does not include production Planning or implementation.
How long does a Full DPER Engagement take?
There is no standard public timeline. Duration depends on the starting condition, internal capability, implementation scope, dependencies, and delivery model. The likely sequence and timing are discussed after the current condition and business priorities are understood.
